One off deep cleaning (also known as Spring Cleaning) is perfect for anytime of the year when you need to freshen up your place. We aim to clean your property as thoroughly as possible using our standard checklist. You can also tailor your own checklist and we will be more than happy to follow through.

What is included in this service?

This is what is normally covered in our spring cleaning:

Bedrooms: 

  • Dust all surfaces

  • Wipe surfaces removing fingerprints spot including light switches

  • Dust and wipe skirting boards

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Wipe and clean mirrors and glass surfaces including window sills

  • Vacuum floor 

  • Mop floor

Living Room: 

  • Dust all surfaces

  • Wipe surfaces removing fingerprints spot including light switches and sockets

  • Dust and wipe skirting boards

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Wipe and clean mirrors and glass surfaces including window sills

  • Vacuum floor 

  • Vacuum sofa

  • Mop floor

Bathrooms: 

  • Remove limescale from toilet, shower, bathtub and taps

  • Clean toilet seat and base

  • Wipe all surface areas

  • wipe skirting board and radiator 

  • Clean mirrors and glass

  • Vacuum floor 

  • Mop floor


Wipe Hallways & Staircases: 

  • Dust all surfaces

  • Wipe skirting boards, bannisters and handrails

  • Fingerprints spot cleaned from light switches

  • Carpets vacuumed / Floors mopped

  • Wipe and clean mirrors and any glass surfaces

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Kitchen:

  • Dust, wipe and remove all grime from all surfaces

  • Remove limescale and clean sink and tap

  • Degrease and clean stove

  • Clean inside and outside of microwave

  • Wipe down cupboard fronts and appliances 

  • Wipe door frames, light switches and skirting boards

  • Vacuum floor

  • Mop Floor

You can now request us to perform Antiviral Sanitisation to eliminate 99% of the germs and viruses in your home!

The earlier the better. The earliest our cleaners can start is 8am, we recommend an early start as this type of cleaning can take a couple of hours.

What time can cleaners start?

Do you provide cleaning material and equipment?

We request that all material and equipment be provided by you but should you require us to provide some of the material just let us know and we'll add this to the quote.

how many cleaners will do the cleaning?

This all depends on the size of the property, normally we would send 2 but may send more depending on the size and condition of the property as well as any additional requested service.

what happens if the cleaners miss something?

We encourage tenants to be around so they can check the cleaning at the end to see if they are happy with the cleaning. If you feel something is missing you can let the cleaners know right there and then and they can redo it without having to come back another day.

We are transparent and honest with our pricing. There is no hidden fee.

We would invoice you the day after the cleaning is done. We accept bank transfers only.
