Terms and Conditions 

Cleaning Services

​

  1. 24-Hour Guarantee: For domestic cleaning services (excluding carpet cleaning and jet washing), we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If an area is not cleaned to our satisfaction and is still dirty, we will return to clean the area free of charge. However, this guarantee only applies if it is clear that the area was missed by our cleaner and not intentionally or unintentionally dirtied by the client.
     

  2. Damage to Client Property: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the client's property during the cleaning process. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all private property is removed or stored safely before we begin cleaning.
     

  3. Property Access: It is the Customer's responsibility to provide access to the property where the work needs to be carried out. Alternative arrangements must be made prior to the appointment should the Client be unable to be present.
     

General Terms
 

  1. Payment Terms: Payment for our services is due on completion of the job or once invoice has been issued. We accept bank transfers or cash on hand. Any other form of payment needs to be agreed upon before the completion of the job.
     

  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellation fees depend on the type of job booked. Cancellation after the scheduled appointment, or when the Customer has not arrived 30 minutes after the appointment time a cancellation fee of £80 will apply.
     

  3. Changes to Appointments: Any changes to appointment times or dates must be made at least 48hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time.
     

  4. Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by our services, except in cases where we have been negligent or breached our terms and conditions.
     

Dispute Resolution
 

  1. Dispute Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through internal complaints procedure. You can make formal complaint by emailing enquiries@phubservices.com.
     

Amendments
 

  1. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
